Excellent hotel, myself and my companion spent the weekend there and everything was just perfect, super accueil, very large, clean and comfortable room, TV like super wifi, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.

I spent a night from 14 to 15 September and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms and sdb nickel. Very calm and very warm welcome. The only small bemol was because of a little draps level concern. Les quelques imperfections de cet hôtel sont compensées par un service impeccable. Par exemple, le sèche-cheveux de notre salle de bains a cessé de fonctionner au bout de 10 secondes. La réception nous en a fait porter un autre en 3 minutes. Un dimanche matin. Impressionnant. Ajoutez à ça que l’accueil est parfait, le très bon buffet du petit déjeuner, pourtant très varié, constamment mis à niveau que ce soit le dimanche ou le lundi matin, franchement, le personnel de cet hôtel mérite la note maximum. A côté de ça, la déco triste des longs couloirs donne le cafard, la moquette de la chambre a connu des jours meilleurs, et j’ai trouvé la literie plutôt moins bonne que celle que nous avons pu avoir dans le seul autre Mercure que nous fréquentons (Bourg-en-Bresse). Mais comme notre chambre était parfaitement calme et silencieuse (alors qu’il y avait un mariage dans l’hôtel le samedi soir), nous avons très bien dormi. Donc une expérience très positive au total.

GOOD: Room furnishings, carpet matches the furniture wonderfully, everything Nordic-chic, comfortable bed, very good pillows, excellent wifi! Friendly staff, great location on the water (definitely book river side with balcony!) Free parking, coffee 4 capsules in the room, left a very good impression! I will recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to the next visit in May, June this year. NOT GOOD: Showering in the tub is only possible for people ＜ 1,80 M in a stooped position, because the rainforest shower hangs quite low. Even without this shower head, you have to bend down because the hose is only very short. The water in the hand basin only gets a little warm after several minutes (in fact, it takes almost 4 minutes with the water running....), whereas the water in the tub only takes the usual seconds to do so. By the way, I always wonder about the point of integrating a rainforest shower into a bathtub? A rainforest shower belongs in a shower so that you can experience this ”effect”. Standing at an angle in the bathtub with a distance of only a few centimetres from the wall is completely pointless for a rainforest shower.....
