ปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาด และ บำรุงซ่อม ส่วนแคกหักด่วนๆ เต้าของควรเข้ามาดูแลด้วยตัวเอง ว่าได้มาตรฐานเท่าบ้านที่ตัวเองอยู่มั้ย แอร์เสียไม่ซ่อม ปล่อยจอย ใครอยู่ได้ก็อยู อยู่ไม่ได้ไม่คืนเงิน เน้นเปลี่ยนห้องไปเรื่อยๆ จนกว่าจะเจอห้องแอร์เย็น
