東西很多但是很整潔，很温馨的感覺，像是回到小時候的家裡一樣。
入住后王老師還準備了一份兒攻略，推薦去哪玩兒去哪吃，會發訊息關心住的還習慣不，像家長一樣。真是很温暖的一次住宿體驗。

地方非常便利，離天津西站很近，兩間卧室，基礎設施都配備齊全，王老師人很熱心，耐心解答，送鑰匙的崔姨還把自行車借給了我，省了不少時間，強推，強推，在新的一年也祝大家萬事如意。

遲來的評價，帶家人來天津看病，本來心情很糟糕，但是房東王老師卻用她的熱情、善良、熱心温暖了遠在異鄉的我，主動利用她的資源為我答疑解惑，並表示在天津有困難可以隨時找她，對待陌生的房客王老師尚能如此熱心，可見王老師是一位多麼善良的人，住宿體驗不必多説，因為回家的感覺真好。

匆匆忙忙沒有跟王老師過多交流，但言語間感覺十分熱情周到，房子很大很安靜，十分令人安心，美中不足主卧小窗沒有窗簾清晨有些亮眼容易醒，除此之外十分完美，忘記拍照借用王老師發的照片一用，一客一換乾淨整潔。

還留有房主的書籍和照片，留下了滿滿的回憶，90年代三口之家的標準配套，寫字枱 書櫃，老電視，大沙發。 有單獨的餐廳區域。裝修是90年代房主遺留下來的，電器及傢俱都老舊一些，落腳可以，度假的話不行。 房子收拾過整體乾淨。
