The hotel is clean and tidy. It is very close to the square. It is the square when you go out. There is a night market next to it. On the first floor is KFC. It is also convenient to order food. There are several large supermarkets nearby.

I booked my room to check in at four in the morning. I promised to check out at two in the afternoon. But when I got to the front desk, I called and said that I had to check out before half past one. It was very uncomfortable at once. But the others are still very good.

對酒店的服務十分滿意，從天水南站下車，就有酒店的車免費接站，酒店的工作人員都十分熱情，服務非常周到，離開的時候下雨了，酒店還給我們送了一把傘，房間也很好，裝修的很棒。而且地理位置非常好，離各個景點都相當近，近的離譜。
這是第二次來天水玩，對天水的印象非常好，這裏的人們都很熱情。景點也很漂亮，温泉很舒服，石窟很震撼。如果還有第三次來遊玩，一定還住這家酒店！作為一個外地遊客，我在遊玩中的方方面面都感覺到天水市政府對於發展旅遊做出的努力，希望我們當地的政府像天水市政府學習。

其他都可以，住11樓，退房時需要電梯時，兩部電梯同時出現情況，到不了11樓，着急去車站，衹好提着行李箱走樓梯下樓。
