hotel is pretty basic staff were good no restaurant breakfast basic, bar is a few bottles behind reception ran out the second night

Even though it was a little hard to find them in the first place, the hotel is very clean and nice.
The staffs were excellent. They were friendly and helped in every possible way to make the stay comfortable. They even booked my COVID-19 test for the return flight.
There are 2-things that I think can be improved. The breakfast was very much Italian, they need to do a little better. Secondly, on the parking, there is an obstacle which you can see while entering reverse mode. They need to put some sort of signal to indicate it, especially for us coming from the US.
Except for these, the stay was great, I do recommend.

Very welcoming hotel, very well kept. Impeccable cleaning. Very nice rooms with all comforts. The strength of the Hotel is the great kindness and humility of the owner, always available and generous. Very good sweet and salty breakfast. Impeccable price / quality ratio. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is complete with everything, spacious and clean room, courteous and always available staff. The Spa offers all the services, well structured and very intimate. Hotel located on the outskirts of Tivoli Terme, in a fairly quiet residential area, but which unfortunately has one drawback: the presence of a nearby spring of sulphurous water means that a heavy odor sometimes penetrates the room. The atmosphere is familiar, the staff very friendly. We had booked a Comfort double room, but as there was a problem with the air conditioning they moved us to a triple room for the same price. The room and bathroom are large and very clean, the towels are new and sealed. Breakfast is mainly sweet, unfortunately the buffet is self-service but in any case many packages are sealed. All in all, affordable prices.
