Used by couples. It was an inn that I wanted to stay for a long time, so I had high expectations. The food was delicious, but considering the price, it's a level. I felt that the level of customer service was low except for those who were in charge of meals. When I tried to enter the open-air bath in my room after dinner, it was so hot that I was burned (actually turned bright red). We contact the front desk, but reply is good, but temperature does not readily change. I contacted them again and asked them to come to my room. The staff who helped me acknowledged that the temperature was high, but it took an hour or so before the temperature did not drop and I was able to enter. The next morning, when I checked out, there was no apology. The staff member next to me said, "Were you not able to enter after that?" In a sense, I had an experience that I could not have at an inn that costs more than 50,000 per night per person. To some extent, it seems that there are regular customers, but honestly, I didn't feel very good because the response to regular customers and new customers was clearly different. I found it difficult to acquire new customers.

Last time I used it with my wife, I was really interested, so this year I used it for consecutive nights. Among the things I was interested in, I especially liked this SPA and made a reservation this time, so I headed to Onjuku in time🚙 Arrived at just the right time, welcome sparkling while checking in🥂. . . On this day, we stayed in the same room as last time, the Premium Suite with Dining, Room 209, "Sankai". The person who came and the other woman greeted me, explained the menu and consulted about the contents, and decided to have a 100-minute full body and head SPA. . . I was wondering if I could eat in the car on my way, but now I'm so hungry that I can't stand it. 🍻 Start with appetizers: conger eel skin cucumber ginger, eel Hachiman rolls, horse mackerel sushi, salmon lotus root rolls, Torimatsu style, conger roe, Maruju lemon simmered, ginkgo pine needles. Koyose and horse mackerel sushi are the best! Beer goes well. Next is sashimi, so I ordered cold sake. The rice to finish off was small fish rice, and while I was eating it, the rice cooker was making the sound of being finished, which made me laugh (laughs). I didn't have an appetite until I came here, but I can't believe I could eat so much 😲 After dinner, I relaxed in the open-air bath attached to the room and went to dark on the first day. . . I love chawanmushi, so I'm excited again (laugh). I forgot something, but it was a combination of fish, small yam, carrots, peas, etc. Grilled appetizers: Large prawns and black abalone grilled in a bowl of abalone shells. A happy plate full of black abalone. The beef stew is so yummy that it changes the concept of beef stew you've ever eaten, and it's made by the head chef who loves meat. I'm not perfect, so I still can't seem to eat fried food, so I'm sorry for the smell of fried food... To finish off, we had sushi rolls with lots of ingredients, such as * and tuna. After this, my appetite returned and it was really good ❣ It may be because of the SPA, but I think it's because of the beautiful appearance of the chef Yamakawa and the many delicious dishes. Especially black abalone and beef stew are the best❣ I will come back again. I ordered wine pairing, but the wine did not come out when the food was brought. The elderly person in charge who pretends to be a sommelier lacks knowledge of wine. The only thing that was delicious was the main abalone. After the meal, I went to the oven kitchen and greeted him, "Thank you for the meal." Especially the bad board chief of the elderly? Mr. looked at me and ignored me. I feel so bad. The amount is also small (I am a light eater) The open-air bath smells like sewage and has spider webs. At the time of check-out, it is crowded with guests all at once. I turned back without thinking. In this day and age, other auberges and luxury inns with a small number of rooms have set up a staggered check-out system. ing. Manager? The customer service of an elderly man is inferior to that of a young manager of a family restaurant. No spirit of hospitality at all. The only person who could feel it was the Vietnamese trainee who was in charge of breakfast. Only Ms. Nakai, a young woman. Only the view should be appreciated. If you set this price, you should start all over from basic training, from customer service attitude, cleaning, equipment check, front desk to restaurant employees. The floor in the inn is wooden and tatami mats, and there are no slippers even though it is a common area. If you do not ask for slippers from here, you will be moved barefoot or in socks. There was water in the free drink near the public bath, but the cup was left as it was, and I thought that it was a little unfamiliar with infection control despite the corona wreck. The impression inside the room is that it is far from a luxury inn, with mud walls, wooden walls with uneven paint, dust in the air conditioning, and cockroaches that can be seen. I felt that the interior that was placed was old and lacked a sense of unity. However, when I started unpacking on the tatami mats, I noticed that there were many small ants, so the whole family decided to get rid of the ants. I think there were fifty in total. Since the abduction did not open, I sprayed the crevices of the tatami mats and the windows with the insect spray that was in the room. I couldn't help but scream when a waraji bug came out from between the tatami mats. When I was doing that, it was time for dinner, so I moved to the next room and had a meal. To be honest, it wasn't a new meal, but in Toba, which is close to the sea, there were only standard dishes, and I was not impressed, and the meal proceeded in a matter-of-fact manner. Especially for dessert, I was a little disappointed with the mango panna cotta that you would find in a family restaurant. After finishing the meal, when I was looking around the coffee maker, refrigerator, shelves, etc. in the room for a short break, I found a dead cockroach in the box containing the slippers. This still gives me goosebumps. I immediately called the front desk and explained that I would like you to come to handle it, and the staff came. I took the box containing the dead cockroaches outside and then apologized, but the staff just bowed their heads while holding garbage bags and towels while standing and left the room as soon as possible. The feeling that I want to go has been transmitted. I couldn't stand the situation, so I told him to call the person in charge, but he wasn't there at night, so I asked the person in charge to explain the next day. And I wanted to move rooms, but unfortunately, all the rooms were full that day, so I ended up staying in the same room. I went to the public bath for a change of pace, but there were only two washrooms inside and one outside in the open-air bath, and there were only four safes. I thought that this would be difficult when it was crowded, so I quickly finished the bath and returned to the room to exterminate the ants that appeared again. I don't know why I took a bath. The next day I woke up and went to breakfast. I was passed through a private room and ate, but the miso soup contained instant wheat gluten and felt very cheap. The dessert was yogurt honey and pineapple, which was also disappointing. After breakfast, I prepared to leave the inn and went to the front desk. I was wondering if the person in charge would come out during the checkout, but he never came out, and the checkout staff just said "I'm sorry". Continuing our silly daily conversation, I felt more sad than angry, thinking that the people at the inn didn't know anything about what happened yesterday, or that they thought it didn't matter. . I was filled with the desire to leave here as soon as possible. At the entrance, the staff walked on the floor of the entrance with socks on and took out the shoes from the back, so the empty mouth was not closed. Before I got in the car, some people came out to see me off, but they talked to me from above until the very end. It came out. I made a reservation at this ryokan in search of a little healing while it was difficult to go out of the prefecture due to the corona sickness, and I wanted to enjoy an extraordinary experience. It cost about 200,000 yen for four people, and I think it's not a cheap price. However, I felt that the service was less than what I paid for. Wouldn't you like to entertain your guests a little more? The only thing that calmed me down was the smiles and stories of the foreign staff who were in charge of breakfast. It made me sad that there were some staff members who were trying their best to explain the meals and talk to us. If you are thinking about staying at this inn, it may be good for those who don't mind even if there are insects. However, if it is the same city as Toba, I think that ◯◯◯'s house is better because I received very good service at the same price. I hope it will be helpful for everyone.
