We got 2 rooms this time. It was disappointing that both rooms' ACs were not working. The hotel put 2 fans in the room for us. But these fans did not bring the temperature down and made a loud noise.

We were very surprised the air conditioning was broken when we checked in as this hotel was just opened last year. The room still has the paint smell which we highly suggest the hotel to do something about it.

A very good hotel, newly opened in 2024, the hotel room is 40 square meters, the small one is 30 square meters, the interior decoration and selection are very high-end, the service is also quite good, there is a ********* lady who speaks Chinese at the front desk. The factory is across the street from the hotel, where you can eat, drink and have fun. It is not far from Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park. It is highly recommended.
