It's an very old hotel, not comfortable. Especially no elevator, if you are carrying big luggage, don't recommended to stay here.
But the staffs at the reception are very helpful and friendly.

It's clean and friendly. Even if you don't know Korean, they try to teach you well.
I think I should come here next time I go to Tokyo.

I stayed on the 7th floor of the hotel. It was close to Gotanda Station, overlooking the trains directly below. There was a bar on the first floor, but the noise and vibrations were not an issue. It was close to a convenience store. The room was a little old, but still acceptable.

The hotel is located on the third floor of a shopping mall. The Japanese guy who checked me in at the front desk was very nice, patient, and willing to help tourists. He also had a very good service attitude towards outsiders.

It wasn't a non-smoking room, so it couldn't be helped, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes.
There was a lot of dust on the mesh of the hair dryer fan.
The staff were friendly, and nothing else was particularly bothersome.

I was surprised to see that the exterior was lit up like a love hotel at night.
The buildings and equipment are all old.
The bathtub was also old and I didn't feel like filling it with hot water.

Although the building itself is old, there are no particular problems, and you can hear some voices in the hallway.
There is a bar on the first floor, so it might be the best for people who like drinking alone.
It's right in front of the river, so it's quiet at night so you don't have to worry about noise.
