Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Clean, friendly staff were very helpful. Big on recycling and sustainability which is important to us. Nice room, beds were not large but okay for two. Location is great. Close to nightlife and shinjuku station (7 minutes away) but quiet rooms. Breakfast was also very good with large selection and quality food. When I return I will stay here again! Biggest strength of this hotel. • Located in Kabukichō, Shinjuku, right in the heart of the city. • 5–8 minutes walk to JR Shinjuku Station and nearby metro stations. • Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, nightlife, and shopping. • Very convenient if you plan to move around Tokyo a lot. ⚠️ Note: Kabukichō is an entertainment district. It’s lively and busy at night. Safe, but not quiet outside.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming, and the breakfast service in the morning was excellent. We were warmly greeted and served freshly baked croissants, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was that the room was small, which was slightly disappointing. However, overall we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed both the accommodation and breakfast. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return.
