Great location, wonderfully quaint and cosy rooms - just wish I could have stayed longer! A little bit of ambient noise around but worth the trade off for the location.

It's convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Okubo.
It was a shame that the room only had a shower, but it was clean and I was able to use the facilities without any problems.
The refrigerator is not deep, so there is a limit to what can be stored.
There are no skin care products, so you need to prepare your own.
Below are the amenities that I remember. For reference.

Stayed here to go to Gaishi Hall
It looked stylish on the outside, but it was a guest house on the inside.
I think that there is no accommodation nearby and it can't be helped with the price

Visited as a solo tourist. Loved how convenient it is to Shin-Okubō Station. It is somewhat a walkable distance to Kabukichō. Hotel provided a mini-map of conveniences available in the precinct.

Hotel is close to the train station, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Was able to walk to the toho theatre with the godzilla head no problem. Would stay here again

Location was perfect and near a lot of Korean food and shopping places.
I probably had one of the best sleeps since I have been in Japan on the futon mattress, and the blanket and pillow were like clouds.
It will deffinately be too loud for sensitive sleepers due to the train nearby and the people out and about.
There are only stairs so I would keep that in mind when booking.
The staff were amaizing, the elder gentlemen who checked me in helped me carry my bag up the stairs and showed me to my room.
Bonus points for the soothing ambient music that played in the halls.
