a bit confused and disappointed at the breakfast, no buffet . Gym is not big but extremely well equipped . Great location . Fantastic hotel .

不想再去第2次🙃
早飯後10.11分長者需要吃葯，去跟服務員要杯水，服務員一臉嚴肅地回覆：last order是10點，超時了所以不能提供。再三確認説：衹是需要一杯水。服務員説過了點單時間什麼都不能點。

這是在幾十年住酒店的經歷中唯一一次。
大概是酒店太高級了，自覺有義務教會客人懂禮儀、守規矩？
日本的服務，一直覺得不錯。直到遇上大手町四季。真心沒有什麼服務可言。
地理位置不錯，門堂景色可以
但客房裝修很一般，跟國內沒的比。
退房居然不主動提供領收書，衹給一張清單企圖矇混過關。也是迄今為止唯一一家這麼操作的日本酒店。
非常不舒服的一家酒店。

健身房跟游泳池的景觀非常好，
工作人員們的素質也很高

挺好的，反正有鈔能力。來東京旅遊四天，一直住在大手町的四季酒店，入住體驗非常舒適和絲滑，強推。
服務：非常貼心。入住的時候前台小姐姐看到我們是中國人，就給安排了會説中文的小姐姐安排入住。酒店的清潔服務也非常的細緻。
房型：各個設施都不錯，燈光設定也很好，窗簾也都是靜音的，除了吹風機比較一般。
風景：房間是都是在30+樓，可以俯瞰東京。大廳在39樓，天氣晴朗可以看到富士山。
美食：衹在下午茶的地方點了兩個小蛋糕和茶。其中的麝香葡萄是季節時令。茶點的是玉露，有一股海苔的香味，但喝進嘴裏又是茶的清香。
交通：樓下就是大手町地鐵站，有5條地鐵線路，走路10分鐘就是東京站，從熱海回來非常方便！！
