The family room is very big enough to house a family of 4. There is a small table that 4 of us can sit down and eat and chat together. Have some basic cooking facilities as well. Overall i will recommend this to family.

Location is okay as its only behind Washington shinjuku hotel where it has bus stop for both narita and haneda Lawson convenience store is also nearby Rooms are quite small but its tokyo, what can I say Receptionist are okay, as some can speak English, some can't. I was having problem with washing machines and the receptionist was telling me that she will refund me money but she never come back and give me and I ended up waiting for quite a while before her colleague came in and put out of order sign in the machine but without refund me the money so I ended up waiting again for the money
