This is my 2nd time booking this hotel, it's not convenient for shopping coz it far from the shopping areas. I have no choice because I got something to do in that area.
I would like to "complain" to the hotel receptionist, that the guy is really impolite and rude.
First of all, the receptionist lost my booking details saying I did not book the room, and then yelled at me to check with my agent company, which is TRIP.com.
After checking, he gave me a room which had guests occupied. The most awkward thing is I came to know it when I opened his room's door.
I cannot expect such a stupid thing to happen in such a modern city, particularly since the receptionist communicated with me not in-person, but through skype. I cannot even see his face.
I finally got a smaller room (for 3 adults) than I originally requested, and the arrangement took me almost an hour...
I will not book this hotel again!!!!
Everyone should try to avoid such Hi-tech hotel

Clean,cozy and safe but not convenient. If u like shopping not suggest this place but if u not enjoyed crowded like me u will like it very much.

這個酒店沒有前台需要自己辦入住，可以打前台的視頻通話會有人幫助你去住，酒店周圍很方便，有一個洗衣房洗衣服300日元一次，重點是衹收100塊的哦！準備零錢，烘乾100塊30分鐘！我是連住每天沒有打掃我要自己找服務員要垃圾袋🤣，退房的時間是10點但是我搞錯了他來通知我，我遲到了40分鐘不過也沒收錢！還是挺不錯的，下次應該還會住這裏

這個酒店小小的，入住沒有前台工作人員，要靠門廳的IPad跟工作人員溝通取得進門密碼。房間緊湊但設施很完善，而且很新，衞生間和浴室都蠻寬敞的，小廚房也很實用。步行到葛西站和迪士尼坐車點很近，對門還有超市便利店，餐飲理髮什麼的生活配套都很齊全，總的來説衹要不是整天呆房間裏的都會住得舒心，性價比很高。遊迪士尼好去處，去市中心也還可以，新宿銀座半小時。圖是迪士尼班車點。

Uno de los mejores alojamientos que pudimos disfrutar en nuestro viaje por Japón. Aunque no estaba en el "centro" de Tokyo si es que hay uno solo, con el metro en media hora estás en muchos de los lugares que todo turista desea visitar.
La habitacion estaba súper limpia, muy amplia para los estándares de este país, con baño muy bien equipado privado, cama super cómoda, productos de higiene personal incluidos.
Todo perfecto. Lo malo fue comenzar el viaje con un alojamiento tan bueno, luego fue difícil superarlo.
Sin duda repetiría y lo recomendaría

衞生很差！！！是我在日本住過最差的酒店。以後絕不會訂Minn家的。不通風，床墊巨臭無比！！！！想把感應燈遮住，電話來了個兼職的服務人員，臉色很難看。很無語😓連個鋪床的服務都沒有。強烈要求下換了個房間，酒店一點歉意都沒有！！！
