The room was quite clean. I booked a room without breakfast, so I don't know about the breakfast. The downside was that I was given a room without windows. It looked like a prison from outside. The room rate for the scenic area was high, and the price/performance ratio was not high at over 400.

The hotel is in a good location, right at the entrance of Dongzha Scenic Area, and a 20-minute walk from Xizha Scenic Area. The room is relatively large, with windows, ventilation, and a relatively large bed. Overall, the sleep is good.

Kaiyuan's quality is still very reliable. Various equipment and bedding are very good. The family room is very large. My room is at the top of the corridor, with windows on two sides, so the lighting is very good. The breakfast is also very good, with vegetables and pastries, quite complete.

It is next to Dongzha. Parking is very convenient. The price/performance ratio is good. There is a little Hu at the front desk who provides good service. Before leaving, he also gave me a special Wuzhen aunt cake. I am very happy. Thank you

Right at the entrance of Dongzha Scenic Area, you can walk to Nanzha for 10 minutes. It is two kilometers away from Xizha. You need to take a taxi. It is cheaper if the hotel is not in Xizha. However, if you buy a combined ticket, you must visit both the East and West Zha within one day, otherwise you cannot enter the next day. The room type was upgraded for free during the off-season, and the front desk service was average.

The first room we booked had a very bad smell of cigarettes. We asked to change to another one. The space inside was OK and the facilities were quite new, but the hygiene was a bit lacking. The toilet lid was a bit yellow after wiping the toilet paper, so I put on the disposable toilet cover I brought with me. The breakfast was also average, with not many varieties and the dishes were average. I didn't want to eat anything. The watermelon was a bit sour. The wontons tasted better.

I woke up in the middle of the night because I felt itchy. There were several lumps on my hands and legs. I don’t know if it was because of the bedding or some bugs.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is beautiful, the room service is available on call, the front desk reception is warm, and local specialties are received when leaving the hotel. The hotel is at the entrance of Wuzhen Dongzha Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The family traveled and stayed very comfortably, recommended! A very unsatisfactory accommodation experience. I booked it because of the brand of Kaiyuan. First of all, this room has a very small window, and there is not even a screen. The room is very stuffy. The outdoor temperature is 13 degrees, and I feel it is almost 30 degrees indoors. The short-sleeved shirt I wore to sleep at night could not cover the quilt all night, and the children were also sweating all over. I got up and turned on the air conditioner. The wind blew out a musty smell, so I didn't dare to turn it on. The location is on the second floor facing the street. The sound of cars coming and going is very loud at night. It may be that our windows are open too big, but if the windows are not opened, there is no ventilation at all. Originally, my husband wanted to change hotels after the first night, but I was too lazy to pack my luggage and thought it was too troublesome to move. As a result, it rained on the second night. I slept until the early morning and heard the sound of rain and cars. I opened my eyes and waited for dawn from more than four o'clock, and checked out early in the morning. Bad review!!!
