Cleanliness: Very good, especially considering it's a refurbished old heritage building with traditional wooden furniture. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. 2. Amenities & Food: The room amenities are basic for the same reason, but completely sufficient for a simple, comfortable stay. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise—quite a large spread of delicious local specialties. 3. Location: Fantastic. It sits right near the middle of the West Scenic Area (Xi Zha), making it the perfect base for exploring. The best part of staying inside the scenic area is that the late nights and early mornings are incredibly quiet, which is perfect for crowd-free photo taking. 4. Service: Absolutely outstanding, you really get VIP treatment. The hotel reached out to us before our stay to provide arrival info and set up a group chat to keep in touch. Our assigned housekeeper, Xiao Chen, met us right at the car drop-off point and guided us all the way to the hotel. He took care of everything—arranging our breakfast, ensuring our room was in order, and attending to our every need. He also gave us a great overview of the scenic area, recommended local food options, made restaurant reservations for us, and even walked us right to the departure point when we checked out. Highly recommend booking a stay here to experience Wuzhen at a relaxed pace with VIP treatment. It is especially great if you are traveling with kids, as you can easily return to the room multiple times throughout the day to rest and decompress."

The booking mentions a Xizha Scenic area Tour Bus,however it is actually a transport buggy that would bring you to various drop-offs. Nevertheless, this is a highly recommended place!"

"The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Wuzhen Xizha’s entrance. I loved the spaciousness of both the living and bathroom areas. The large window brought in plenty of natural light, and the king-size bed was especially impressive—larger than other hotels I stayed in during the trip. However, the bathroom flush didn’t work smoothly (though it still functioned), and the walls weren’t soundproof. Our neighbors talked loudly until around 2 AM and I could hear everything clearly. Eventually, I had to get up, knock on their door, and ask them to lower their voices so I could rest. Breakfast was simple. Since we visited during a quieter time, the kitchen didn’t seem fully open, and the food variety was limited. They offered packaged boiled eggs and pickles, together with boiled rice, mantou bun, yogurt cup, and half a corn cob for each person. For the staff, they were wonderful and made me feel at ease during my stay. They also gave great advice on getting to Nanxun and proper taxi fares (around 60 yuan one way, though Didi rides cost less. Returning from Nanxun, however, taxis seemed pricier). As for the garden, it’s just as shown in the photos—small but charming. Anyhow, if you’re looking for a relaxing space, your room’s spaciousness might be a better option."

"I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a comfortable atmosphere. The decor is simple yet grand, with elegant green plants adorning the public areas. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that doesn't feel cramped. The bed firmness was just right, and there were two pillow thickness options, perfectly meeting my sleep needs. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was ample and stable. The toiletries were of good quality, not cheap-feeling at all. The most pleasant surprise was the attention to cleanliness; under the bed and in cabinet corners, everything was spotless, with no dust or hair. The service was another big plus. They proactively helped with my luggage during check-in, and when I needed extra towels later, they arrived within minutes. They were always available when needed, yet never intrusive. The restaurant menu offered a wide variety, with fresh ingredients and delicious food. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice."

"I booked a riverside room, and I was pleasantly surprised by the view of the river right outside the window. From registering at the tourist service center to getting on the shuttle bus, the service felt warm and attentive. The only minor issue was that there was no one to meet us after we got off the shuttle bus (the driver and the inn briefly lost contact), but thankfully, the directions were clear, and it was just a short walk to get there. The breakfast was decent and met our basic needs, and the lady serving was very friendly. Staying at the inn was convenient; we could just head back to rest whenever we got tired. The scenery in the area is lovely and very quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway or just relaxing. It's truly massive; I explored both in the evening and in the morning and still didn't see everything, and it's easy to get lost. Over half of the area is still undeveloped, with only empty buildings. There aren't many businesses yet, and they seem to be aiming for a trendy, upscale vibe, which makes the prices a bit high and not very down-to-earth. The 'check-in' tasks they offered were quite tiring to complete, and the small gift we received at the end felt a bit like 'much ado about nothing' – a lot of effort for a small reward, lacking genuine sincerity."

"The room was clean and well-equipped for kids. The all-inclusive meals were fantastic, with unlimited snacks, desserts, and drinks. For lunch and dinner, you could choose between the hot pot restaurant or the Rose Restaurant. I felt the Rose Restaurant had a wider variety of dishes and more spacious seating, which was great for families with children. The all-inclusive package also included a ton of activities, like making rapeseed oil, grinding soybeans, baking mini cakes, making zongzi, tie-dyeing, silk experiences, and corn handicrafts. Both adults and kids had an absolute blast!"

"The most annoying part of every trip is booking a hotel. The quality of the hotel really affects my mood. After sifting through countless options, I chose Atour. Not only is it convenient for getting around, but the hotel facilities and cleanliness are also excellent. I'll definitely choose it again next time. Wuzhen is quite unique; staying inside allows you to enjoy the morning light and the tranquility after tourists leave at night. However, I prefer high-quality, comfortable sleep and the warm, late-night porridge Atour provides."

"Hotel is located very near to the scenic area which is a plus point. There isn’t any lift in the hotel but the hotel did arrange someone to help carry our bags up to our room. The bed was surprisingly very comfy. Downside to the stay - they only provide one time use towels which I personally do not think it is very useful as it could barely absorb anything. The rubber attached to the toilet door in my room was missing causing the water to leak out of the toilet when we take a shower and we did not have any floor mats to clean up the mess. We could only use the smaller one time towel provided by the hotel, which again it could barely absorb anything."
