The entire experience was HORRIBLE from check in to check out!!! People were hanging out the window on the top floor when we pulled up. There was not an elevator in the building and no one to help with the luggage. We paid for a short stay days in advance, paid the deposit when arrived, and were left to carry our OUR OWN bags up 2 flights of stairs!!! We found garbage left in the room from coffee cream to candy wrappers when we first walked in! So it obviously was not thoroughly cleaned or vacuumed! The tub was extremely DIRTY!! The bed linen had holes! Both beds smelled HORRIBLY!! We went to a store and bought our own cleaning and sanitizing items, bed linen and bath towels. The refrigerator was dirty and the TV did not have a remote control. The front desk agent had to bring a remote from another room and program it to the TV. The halls smelled like cigarettes during the day and ********* every night!!! The other people in the hotel were poor and constantly trying to find ways to steal food, drinks, and money! Both, naturally and spiritually!!! This was one of the WORST PLACES I'VE EVER BEEN!!!!

Staff was rude. Asked the front desk for towels, the ladies response was “that’s not my job.” Called the manager, the manager hung up on me. Smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Bathroom was dirty.

Sally the manager was awful. She lied about how many people i had staying in my room and refused to give me a refund after we found bugs in the bed and the tub would not drain. This place is terrible and should get no stars. The 1st lady that checked us in was really nice though. Stay somewhere else.

Ive stayed here few years back was a decent cheap hotel, however not sure what happened now its jus a cheap hotel, hot tub wasnt workin pool area dinghy room was ok hot water bathtub was in rough shape, holes in wall of room, tv remote worked when wanted to, lack of new towels (people kept asking and had to wait for wash/dry) was a place to lay your head and rinse off if thats what you need, woulda been nice to use the hot tub as one of the ammenities and reason i chose the place ,staff was mostly friendly room had ac/heat a bed and hot shower so worked for the 4 days i was there in the evenings

Smoke detector chirping all night, nonsmoking room smelled smoke, Bed mattresses worn out.
