This is a perfect affordable comfortable hotel. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. We travelled with two adult children and their families. We checked in first and mentioned that family members would be joining us. The service rep took the time to put all of us on the same floor. I had signed up for text notification of when our room would be ready for check in and at 3:01 pm I got a text. One minute after check in starts! The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Check in was quick. The common areas are comfortable without feeling stuffy. Yet they still feel cool! Our second night the family hung out and ordered pizza brought into the common lounge area and we had drinks from the bar and played pool. From grandkids to grandparents, everyone seemed comfortable in the space. The lobby coffee was great, as was the coffee in the room. We didn’t have breakfast but it’s available. The store/breakfast bar is convenient and feels like a marketplace vs a corner store. We didn’t use the gym but the grandkids did go swimming. The pool chairs were comfortable to watch them. The pool was really warm and they could have played forever The rooms were clean and the bed and bedding were nice and cool crisp and comfy. The bathroom had lots of storage and enough counter space. There was a mini fridge too and ironing board. I can’t think of anything else we could have needed. The hotel is conveniently located…. Walk across the parking lot to the huge mall and food choices there. Or convenient quick drive to lots of restaurants. We went to Canadas Wonderland from here and it was just a couple of minutes drive. I couldn’t have been more pleased that we picked this hotel for our mini family vacation

This hotel is a joke. We booked 3 rooms for a family wedding , and one of the room was supposed to be for 3 nights and the other 2 were for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we received a call asking us why our luggage were still in the room that we booked the additional night for. We rush back and spent more than hour explaining the situation. We even showed them our room reservation. They told us we checked out of all our rooms and we need to pay about $60 more of our initial rates if we want to stay ab additional night. We asked about not wanting the room and check out since at this point I was too pissed off to even want to stay there but they said since we have our luggage in our room , we need to pay $60 to recover the luggage. We explained to them that we never checked out of the room , and we were at lunch so we couldn't have check out of the room. After careful looking at the hotel bill, I noticed one of the room number was incorrect. So what happened was when we check in, one of the room wasn't ready, so when we came back to pick up the 3rd room, they give us someone else room and they give our room to someone else. The person have a name similar to me, so they didn't check ID and gave our room which was for 3 nights to them and when we came to get our 3rd room we gotten his room which was paid from 2 nights. This is also a security issue, anyone could easily gotten access to our room since they don't thoroughly check id. Even after they realized this, they wanted us to pay $30 more even though it was their mistake. The Manager Ali? told us it's only $30, what does $30 mean to you?? They messed up and still want us to pay additional for their mistakes. I guess he eventually he gave in and give us our room at our rate. This ruin our whole day in Toronto.

Wonderful hotel. Our second time here. Room is very clean staff is great. Breakfast buffet was excellent, I went to the omlette bar twice. Check in and check out was very quick. We were in a hurry when we checked in so I asked if there was any pizza places around, the front desk gave me 4 different flyers. Really nice people, definitely will stay again.

After getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine. Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

When I booked this it clearly said POOL There was no pool needs to be taken off the website. Room was clean, not enough towels for 4 people. There were only 2. I did not see a problem with breakfast, it was pretty much hot breaky. Sat morning there were home fries, scrambled eggs, bacon ( which needed to be cooked more so I didn't eat it ) There is a machine to make your own waffles, bread for toast and I believe hot dogs ? Muffins ( They were blueberry that is why they looked the way they did, they were not moldy ) juice, coffee, tea. There was no fresh fruit which was disappointing. 1st night wedding was awakened at 2am by the wedding party good thing they went to their rooms and settled down. 2nd night another wedding was at their venue never heard a peep. When we did come back on the Sat around 7 our room keys didn't work. Person at the front desk was apologetic and gave us new ones. Also asked for decafe and he delivered 4 pkgs to our room since there was none at breaky.

The hotel is owned by Marriot, and there is relatively strong wi-fi in the lobby. The decoration is dignified and atmospheric, ancient but not old. In the lobby there is the Mediterranean restaurant Olio Mediterranean restaurant. A very open space outside the lobby is the steakhouse Chop Steakhouse Bar.

It is indeed a home hotel, with a full set of kitchen supplies: refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking pot, electric stove, dishwasher, cutlery and fork. Breakfast is opposite the front desk on the 1st floor, buffet is open from 6:00 to 9:00. Serve bacon, oats, apples, bananas, milk, coffee, juice, yogurt, walnuts and more. The design is fresh and simple, and the color is bright.

This is a very old hotel and the facilities in the room are very poor. The first one I stayed in, the air conditioner not working. They changed me to another room then the bath tub is clogged. Besides, no fan in the toilet. Very poor hotel all in all except the location. The value and the price does not match at all.
