Majestic Hotel

Charming, comfortable and absolutely beautiful in every way- the service is wonderful, the location is great and the the ambience is just the thing for a relaxing summer break by the seaside.

Our wedding at the Majestic Hotel was truly a dream come true! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew we had made the right choice. The facilities were impeccable, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the ambiance was simply breathtaking. Laura went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail and dedication to making our day special were truly exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, she was always there to answer our questions and provide guidance. The reception and dining was nothing short of spectacular. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fish and chips, seabass and the service was impeccable. The music kept everyone on their feet and dancing the night away. The garden area was a picturesque setting for our wedding photos, with stunning views of the beach and sea. The Majestic Hotel has everything you need to make your wedding day unforgettable. The beautiful dining area, the spacious dance floor, and the stunning surroundings all contribute to a truly magical experience. We cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone planning their special day. It is a truly majestic venue that will exceed your expectations in every way.

There were lots of plugs! They had the heat come on with a timer and it didn't stay on. Not many channels on tv, breakfast had no fruit or pastries (prunes and grapefruit??). Not very soundproof and desk staff not overly friendly. I did have water views but it was cloudy so I couldn't really enjoy them.

We went to the restaurant the person repeated my order but when it came it wasn’t something I preferred or could eat. I waited and waited as the same meal was served to other people in the room. Everyone at my table was almost finished and still I did not get food. I finally just left. No one seemed to care and he was rude on top of everything. Horrible experience

Came to the Majestic Hotel to visit my parents that were staying here and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The hotel was clean and the food in the bar was just delicious. My parents were full of praise for Alice at reception who checked them in. The bar was very busy but all of the staff still gave us service with a smile and made sure we were looked after, but I have to give a special mention to Sean who served us our drinks, and to Sophie who was more than accommodating to my daughters strict dietary requirements and really went above and beyond to ensure us it was not a problem, which is very uncommon for us. I don’t usually leave reviews but all of my family agreed that this was best food and some of the friendliest staff we have experienced in a long time, will definitely be bringing my family back again!

I had an excellent experience at The Majestic Hotel. I visited with two friends and we were looked after so well. The facilities were superb- free parking was a bonus also. We benefitted from incredible service all around from arrival to check-out, dining included. We were impressed by the hospitable team led by the General Manager, Laura, who went above and beyond for our group.

Couldn’t recommend enough. The experience was memorable from the beginning. Rooms were lovely and clean with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were all extremely accommodating and gave us lots of good recommendations. In particular the general manager went above and beyond. I’m already planning to return!

Hotel was very comfortable and the location is really good being so close to funfair, splashworld and the beach. The hotel made you feel very welcome and the staff definitely made the place really worth visiting. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good, especially the poached eggs, bacon, brown bread and jam. Big shout out to Jack and Caoimhe in the restaurant and Sean in the bar. Tks guys, hopefully see you all again next year.

I stayed in the hotel with two friends and we had the most incredible time. We had a stunning view and the room was incredibly modern and clean. We couldn’t get over how amazing the service was and it was one of the nicest breakfast experiences we’d ever had. The general manager was so hospitable with us as well as all the customers. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.
