La chambre était dégradée, accompagnée d'odeurs de salle de bain très désagréables qui se propageaient jusqu'à la chambre. J'ai signalé ce problème à l'accueil, mais la seule solution qui m'a été proposée était de faire couler l'eau dans le siphon de temps en temps. Je trouve cela honteux. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel qui s'est nettement dégradé, tant au niveau de l'équipement que du professionnalisme du personnel.

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop on our way south. The hotel was easy to find, the welcome was friendly and efficient and the room was great. It’s not a luxurious hotel but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean & functional.
The parking is under the hotel and felt very safe.
We walked into the centre of Troyes, which took about 15 mins.

Parking was very difficult due to size and configuration of parking garage. But room nice, lovely to have coffee, etc set up and at reception Jean....Jean Louis? Jean Pierre? Jean I cannot remember was wonderful, extremely helpful. Also hotel location close to downtown was good.
You were better than the Ibis hotels we stayed at!

Well placed hotel within walking distance of Troyes with its many picturesque half timbered houses and quaint cobbled streets. Good size room and plentiful buffet breakfast.
