Small, comfortable hotel with lovely breakfast area, beautiful tableware and decoration. In walking distance of Tubingen on pleasant footpath.
Be sure to get code if late checkin

We would have like a warning about having to call to get the key when arriving in the afternoon. US phones don't always work in Europe which could have made this tricky.
Staff was nice, room as promised and location is good for walking all over town.

Our party of 6 took 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were very happy with the clean rooms, and well equipped though small bathrooms. Wifi and TV were entirely satisfactory, and the owner, whom we met when we checked out, was very warm and friendly.Due to Covid19 restrictions, breakfast service is not available, but there is a nice bakery about 500m away ( map in hotel lobby) as well as a Rewe shop about 600m away in the other direction. The Altstadt, including the Rathhaus and the Schloss, is an easy 15-min. walk and the Neckar river also. My suggestion for the owners is to remove the armchair and add another normal chair, as the armchair occupies too much space in a small room.

Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber. Wir machten eine Städtereise nach Tübingen. Die Lage war praktisch. Es hat fast vor der Haustüre zwei Busverbindungen. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein. Für 2 Nächte absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück war ganz ok. Die Lebensmittel wurden vorzu frisch aufgefüllt. Wir fanden auf der Homepage keine Anreise - bzw. Hinweis mit welche Busverbindung wir hätten anreisen können. Somit nahmen wir das Taxi. Diese Info wären noch wünschenswert gewesen.
