First of all, I really loved the airport shuttle service. When you arrive at Terminal 2, cross the street to find the hotel shuttles. Usually, you call the hotel upon arrival and they send a driver to pick you up. Since we couldn't make local calls, we just waited nearby. When a shuttle arrived, we explained our situation to the driver, and he gladly took us to the hotel anyway. Our official check-in time was 2:00 PM, but we arrived as early as 9:00 AM. The front desk staff were wonderful and checked us in right away without any extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space to open two large suitcases. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. We booked the airport shuttle for the next day. We simply checked out at the front desk first, and then took the yellow slip they gave us to the parking lot to board the shuttle. The hotel is a bit far from the city center; taking a bus and then a tram takes about 1.5 hours in total.

Very close to the airport, the shuttle was super convenient, and the front desk staff were really nice. The restaurant on the first floor was also great. Everything was just perfect, making our early morning flight the next day so much easier.

The hotel is very close to the train station and offers free airport pick-up and drop-off services. The front desk staff are very polite. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are kept very clean. The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers.

The hotel's airport shuttle runs 24/7, roughly every 15 minutes. I checked out around 4 AM and smoothly hopped on the shuttle. Overall, it was a great experience, though the air conditioning in the room occasionally emitted a strange odor that would then gradually dissipate on its own.

Due to a sudden flight cancellation, I immediately booked a hotel near the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which takes about 5-8 minutes to Melbourne Airport, making it convenient and quick. It would be even better if the hotel could proactively contact guests regarding the shuttle service when booking. The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit old. The drainage in the shower/sink was slow, which needs attention. Overall, for a transit hotel to wait for a flight, all services were good.
