Have stayed here multiple weeks. The customer service is very good. Victoria, Jessica and Alexis are all great at their jobs. The rooms are very comfortable and is conveniently located on the loop close to everything.

I needed a room close to the Hospital and I chose this Executive Inn. It's just over three miles away from the hospital and very easy to get to, which was a great bonus since I'm not familiar with the town of Tyler. I was very pleased with the room and the amenities. It was clean, had everything I needed and the staff was very nice!! Glad I chose this Inn, I would stay here again!

the Staff was very friendly and helpful....i had problems getting on line and the guy at the desk helped me.....room was clean....breakfast was ok.....I have absolutely nothing to complain about....I will be staying here next trip to Tyler.

Was charged an extra fee for needing to check in a little early because we came in for our granddaughter graduation and would have missed the window of check in. Plus our coffee pot cracked and started leaking every where after the first us. Could use with some renovation, especially the stairs...Terrible!!!!
