Great hotel in a perfect location near Gandan monastery. The hotel room with 1 double bed was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel rooms need a bit maintenance, repaint and small repairs. The service at breakfast was not very good. At 9pm we could not order food any more in the restaurant!

Nice healthy breakfast, helpful, kind staff in downstairs restaurant, ordering cabs. Shower was tough b/c the drain wasn't rapid and the floor filled up with water. Made drying my hair tricky, lol. Close to Ganden Monastery and Ramada, where you could get a cappuccino and shop at a mall next door.

Nice and comfy bed but very noisy! Fortunately we were staying only for few hours. The restaurant was nice and the food was great

2. time here. better room than last time. cleaner. but they forgot to clean up twice, the hairdryer kept breaking and the window broke too. they repaired the window. the food tasted fresh and good but they forgot half my order. reception was extra supportive and trying hard, but i believe they can up their management/ organizational skills with the cleaning and maintenance. english st reception. people were friendly and nice. but for that price i expect it getting cleaned daily at least.
