This is a great hotel. The room was very big and clean. The cleaning staff was very responsible and helped me send the clothes to the laundry room for washing and drying during my stay. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel has a great airport transfer service (using a Tesla Premium Sports car). The hotel is well located in the city center and close to many attractions. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

The hotel's public areas were dirty. The room was cleaned well. The maids and breakfast staff were friendly. The front desk staff were almost surly. We would not recommend this hotel.

I still don't understand how this hotel ranks fifth among high-end hotels in Urumqi. The front desk service was slow and responsive. I was feeling very unwell so I wanted to check in as soon as possible, but the front desk said that the room was not cleaned properly. It was so unprofessional and the management was extremely chaotic. Fortunately, a supervisor coordinated with the front desk to upgrade the room so that it was properly handled. But what's even more annoying is that they gave me a room that was not cleaned, and later they said it was a mistake. I was speechless.
