"The cleanliness was acceptable, which was what I was most satisfied with, but my impression of the hotel gradually declined. When I first entered the room, the environment seemed alright; the smart speaker worked well, the TV was large, and the smart toilet was also good. However, firstly, the room was extremely far from the elevator, requiring several turns and a long walk to reach it. Secondly, there was no electricity card. I only went downstairs to the convenience store to buy water and bread. Not only did I have to walk a long way to the elevator, but the power went out as soon as I stepped out. I had to turn the lights and TV back on and adjust the lighting when I returned to the room. Thirdly, food delivery couldn't be delivered to the room. This wasn't a major issue; I could have called the front desk to have it delivered, but they could have used a robot. Fourthly, the room card automatically demagnetized at 2 AM every night, preventing me from entering the room. This should have been mentioned at check-in. The next afternoon, I returned with my bag and luggage, only to find I couldn't open the door and had to wait for the front desk in the hallway. Fifthly, the smart door had problems; I couldn't lock it when leaving the room. Absolutely unacceptable."

"This hotel was our last stop before leaving Xinjiang. The lobby is located on the top floor, the 38th floor, and the hotel itself is very new. The front desk kindly upgraded us for free to a 'Cloud Sleep' room, which was incredibly comfortable. The 270-degree round window offered stunning views of the surrounding area. Breakfast was plentiful. It's located in what seems to be a newer district of Urumqi. It's about a half-hour drive to the Grand Bazaar, and there aren't many dining options nearby. However, it's relatively convenient for getting to the airport and high-speed rail station."

The room was spotless, with soft and skin-friendly bedding, and a mattress with just the right amount of support. Plus, the excellent soundproofing ensured a high-quality sleep after a busy day. The service was a definite highlight; Muzzatijiang, the handsome guy at the front desk, handled my check-in efficiently and quickly, proactively providing key information like the Wi-Fi password and breakfast times. He was quick to follow up and resolve any requests, demonstrating professionalism with a warm touch. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel!"

It's in the economic development zone, so the location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Overall, the hotel is great. The lobby and restaurant have a strong Xinjiang regional flair. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, and being on a higher floor, it's very quiet. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the service is incredibly thoughtful and warm! Highly recommended!"

"This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Urumqi, and it was a really satisfying start to my trip. I arrived quite late and missed the airport pickup, but the front desk staff was super enthusiastic and helpful. I think they even upgraded my room. The staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, though the hot dishes leaned a bit too Western for my taste. Also, it surprisingly didn't go until 11 AM, which was tough for a late riser like me, haha. I stayed for two nights, but couldn't extend for a third because they were fully booked. I'll definitely be back. Wishing them great business!"

"Overall, my stay was great, with the only downside being the lack of underground parking. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room itself, from its layout to the decor, was excellent, and the bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The mattress was incredibly comfortable with good bounce. A major plus is the laundry room, which has five washing machines and five dryers – that's a lot for any Atour hotel in Xinjiang! Plus, it's super convenient as the subway station is literally just a 30-meter walk away, and there are tons of dining and entertainment options nearby."
