酒店乾淨衞生。位置方便。出門就有商場超市和地鐵。床墊和枕頭睡着很舒適，隔音也還可以。唯一一點不滿就是入住的時候本來説送一杯生椰拿鐵。但是晚上入住的，接待人員根本沒提，到屋裡還自己點了一杯椰子水，原來製作的地方就是在一層大廳。第二天上午去問送的生椰拿鐵，告知中午12點才上班。反正是無緣喝上了。主要是這算是特色項目。結果。。。。

這是我見過最差的酒店服務！
第一:當天在攜程預訂了這酒店，晚上12點多登記入住！問及前台還有沒有房間，她説衹有5.6樓了，上面就剩無窗的了，並告知我住5.6樓的客户幾乎都會投訴3.4樓的Kt v聲音太吵，問我要不要，既然她這樣説了，那我還是選擇高樓層吧。但去房間後看，一進去就悶，很不舒服，讓她換6樓吧，跟我説6樓沒了，衹有5樓，前後才幾分鐘？好了，我用自己號碼直接打前台電話，問還有沒有房間，我晚上入住，並問及樓層窗户類的，她説有，5-10樓都有，並且大床和標間合起來有20多個房間！！呵呵，攜程客户就是當猴耍的！晚上實在太累，到房間直接躺着了，懶得下去跟她爭辯！
第二:這房間實在不好住人！很悶，就算開空調了，也是那種悶的感覺！第二天起床頭都暈的！退房要走時發現地上感覺全是發黴的黴菌！你們看看圖片！
第三:我住的房間跟圖片根本不符，圖上大多了！還有張桌子，你們看看我的圖片實拍！而且衞生死角多！
前台真的是牛，跟她説加錢換好點樓層，跟我説全部定出去了！大概怕她自己前後矛盾，要不是攜程不能退！我早走了！
大廳看上去氣派的，做的事一點也不氣派！

這個酒店能給0分的話決不想給1分，1. 服務人員完全沒有服務意識，愛搭不理，2. 房間設計非常不合理，衞生間和浴室十分窄小，一不小心就碰頭了，住了三晚就碰了好多次，3. 衞生間的朝向床，衹有半透明的玻璃門，上廁所的過程在外面一覽無遺，4. 明明是一家三星的酒店卻宣稱四星，5. 整理房間連紙巾都不放，6. 早餐種類特別少，太多了不想評了總之性價比極低。

酒店設施很新，電動窗簾，電視等不錯，三樓有外包KTV 如住在五六樓會很吵，房間不隔音，隔壁看電視都能聽到，攜程預訂前台無法開票，衹能聯繫攜程開具。

酒店在5-10樓，3-4樓是KTV夜總會，住在8樓都能聽到半夜的轟隆聲，後來吃早飯時候聽到人家住在6樓的説一晚上被樓下的歌唱聲吵醒了無數次。其次，晚上11點半後服務員就敲開隔壁房間的門，一會説忘記給他們登記了，一會説要換房間啥啥，反反覆覆很多次，後來實在忍不住出去説了才稍微好點，我想説這種最基本的酒店禮儀都不懂嗎？另外，酒店一共2個電梯，但是1-20樓是共用的，所以坐一次電梯都要等5分鐘以上。去的時候住的環球，對比下來差距太大了，真的是一份價格一分貨。

説説我住的感受吧，一家四口自駕，對烏市充滿了嚮往，千挑萬選了這間酒店，雖然評價好壞各半，我依然確定了這間酒店，提前打了電話描述了我的要求（兩間房挨着）因為我帶了小朋友，到了酒店，順利住進來，洗手間放沐浴露的地方有頭髮，整晚空調的噪音達到了極限，第二天想要兩瓶瓶裝水，被告知，房間四瓶水是免費的，再要，需要花錢，我也住過N個酒店，續水要花錢，也是聞所未聞的，速速退房離開！
