If you’re wanting to stay here don’t…I booked this hotel online due to it being a halfway point to our location. We arrived here in the early morning hours (1ish). We get to our room to find stains on the sheets and black mold in the bathrooms.. asked about a room change but was told this was the only double room available. Keep in mind there’s 12 cars in the huge parking lot. The only positive was free breakfast. They have waffles.

Lights in bathroom did not work, burn holes in sheets, loud tv coming from visibly vacant room next door and no staff to be found for over a hour when I needed assistance.

While the staff was ok, (nothing above the basic job,) the property wasn’t your average Quality Inn. People hollering all night, insane number of plates of food surrounding the parking lot I’m assuming the permanent resident in 112 who roams around yelling “Holy blood!” sets out for cats? There were tons of bugs crawling in the sink, breakfast was less than desirable, TV didn’t work, door didn’t close all the way, etc. All to be expected if you paid $20/night off the interstate but for $70/night I’d expect extermination and a working TV at least.

No tray in the coffee maker to put the grounds in!!
Nothing for breakfast except waffles.

So we arrived on 12/12 and was stuck waiting for almost 40 minutes. Called several of times while in the lobby no ring and nobody at desk. Since we booked through ******* i contacted ******* immediately.. the lady who finally came out lied to the agent on the phone stating she was sweeping the lobby the entire time wich i said thats not true because we been here at least 30 mins with a dumb look on her face... any management team can review the

Very friendly staff but rooms are small, old and in a very hidden/dark area. It feels more like a Motel not a hotel. My wife and I slept well though.

We had issues with the cable box, tv okay but no cable.(dish) Called front desk and said maintenance was gone for the day, she would leave a note for when i check out they would give me a discount! Next morning at check out, no note and the desk clerk said they didn't give discount for the cable issues. Although the room was clean! But poor service

Light over sink inoperable..how did they clean without lighting!?!?

My stay there was not a good one. Housekeeping never came to clean the room the whole time I was there and I had to get my own toilet paper. The two ladies there the one when I checked in and the one when I checked out was great but that was all good about that stay. The place is old and need a lot of upgrades.
