Very nice property with spacious rooms and great location. Lots of restaurants in the area and walkable to the Centro. My only issue is if you get a room on the second floor they have no elevators and no one to really assist with bags. Other than that our stay was spectacular.

Great location close to the central square. Numerous great restaurants in Valladolid. Our hotel felt like a spacious studio apar**ent (no kitchen of course) with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Excellent, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast served on the patio.
The hotel is located close to a church and small park where there was a religious festival going on. We enjoyed listening to some of the music from the church in the evening, and again in the morning the singing during mass; very pleasant, not loud and bothersome. We wish we would've stayed two nights instead of just one.
When in Valladolid don't miss the beautiful monastery at the Ex-Convento e Iglesia San Bernadino.

This was our best hotel that we stayed in during our Yucatán trip! The grounds were pretty, and the room was spacious and spotless. The pool was clean and inviting and they served delicious breakfasts. Best of all the staff was extremely helpful,friendly and always available. A special shout out to Gabriela who is fluent in English and generously helped us with all our questions and concerns💕.

I love this hotel. My only complaint, was the 7 am grounds keeper chopping trees and banging a ladder on sunday morning after the candaleria band quit playing at 330 am the same night . We lost a lot of sleep. I will return.

Very beautiful, conveniently located, excellent service from staff. Pretty pool, clean room and comfortable beds. Also, loved the nice sized bathroom!

Great and cozy hotel. Loved the private pool. Breakfast was decent. The hotel has really bad WiFi which can be a challenge sometimes (planning trips, researching restaurants etc).

Nice hotel in safe and walkable area in downtown Valladolid. Room was clean and comfortable with a king-sized bed and AC. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, town plaza, market, Zaci cenote, and nightly light show are all within walking distance.

The only problem is I got charged for two separate reservations. I wasn’t informed and they refused to cancel one even though they had only a few customers. Bad public relations as I will tell people never to go there!
