The young man who was at the desk was excellent.
He was patient.
He sold us pizzas, cooked them perfectly, and answered my mothers crazy questions well.

Overall I was pleased with our stay. One reason we chose GrandStay was the pool & hot tub. They were both closed a couple times for maintenance which was unfortunate and difficult for my children to understand.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. What did upset me was that I specifically asked about the pool. I checked in at 3pm. We went up to the room by 4:30 we came down and were told pool was closed because of chlorine levels. So it was closed since before I checked in but was told it was opened. That killed our stay.
