Congratulations to the establishment, super attentive service from Claudia when we arrived for check-in, even speaking in Portuguese. He offered us an option to “up grade” accommodation, showed us the ways in Venice. More than recommended.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything is over and beyond our expectations. They provided us with excellent service, made our vacation memorable, and made my wife’s birthday extra special. Staff was excellent and very helpful from the beginning to the end. They all had a great service attitude and were really welcoming and educated. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay at this property!
Rooms are clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel based on others reviews (a lot of other hotels have more bad reviews in Venice) and it definitely didn’t disappoint me. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, who are visiting the Venice first time and need a good and helpful hotel. You can also bring or leave your luggage before and after the check in/out, which gives you more time to explore this beautiful city! I felt really safe with leaving my luggage with this hotel.
Only thing I could possibly think that this hotel is missing.. is a more vegan friendly options with a labeling/ sign for the breakfast. They do have soy and almond milk, fruits, salad, cereals and juices, which is a good selection compared to other hotels in Venice! (I know my standards are high for this one as a Nordic person.)
Over all I couldn’t be more happy with this experience! :)

The breakfast was extensive, and the coffee was good. The lobby was comfortable, and the staff were all nice. The hotel room was well appointed and clean, and we had a nice view of the courtyard. The beds were uncomfortable and we each only got one pillow. The room was overly warm, and we could only lower it to 18.5c, which was still too hot at night.

Hotel is on the water and bell service will meet you to transport luggage inside. We arrived by train and used the boat service. Hotel helped coordinate this for us prior to arrival. They also helped reserve transport to airport after our stay. They helped with luggage transport to car as well. Hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance of all main locations. Staff is excellent and very helpful with recommendations. Room is great and they have slippers waiting for you. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Stayed one night for vacation. Room was very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Got a bottle of sparkling wine as welcom gift. Easy walking around.
