We loved every minute of our stay in the hotel. Paying more for e sea-view room is absolutely worth it. The maintenance of the room was spotless, the staff was helpfull and the food was delicious. The cheff will amaze you woth savory antres, tasty pasta, delectable fish dishes and unforgettable desserts. Do not forget to buy the hotel's olive oil and bring a part of Puglia with you. Hello everyone ! As usual when we are around the Puglia region we cannot help but stop in the beautiful VIESTE. As usual for our stay we choose HOTEL DELLE MORE. As already reviewed on other occasions, a very respectable 4-star hotel. Beautiful structure located among the green olive trees a few steps from the sea. It is very difficult to find a similar luxury structure located near the sea but lying among the green olive trees. In the morning you can breathe a pleasant smell of dew and the surrounding flowers, after the heat of the day in the evening you can breathe fresh air among the singing of the cicadas, I would say very gratifying. After a year spent amidst the loud noises and smog of the chaotic city, this is the right place for a period of summer relaxation. My review is particularly focused on the fantastic geographical position of the hotel. As regards the hotel services including: Kitchen ... toilets .. rooms .. swimming pool .. tennis courts water sports .. massage center .. transfers other you have come to the right place since Hotel delle More offers everything at great . Also note that this is possible thanks to the management constantly monitored by the property. Happy holiday .

I stayed in this hotel in the last weekend of April with my family and I was more than satisfied. The rooms are very spacious, spotless and with a beautiful view of the hotel's olive grove and the sea. I had half board and I must say that I liked the cuisine a lot. Simple and tasty dishes, some of the local tradition. The truss of broad beans and chicory on the last day was amazing!!!! At breakfast we were spoiled for choice with everything and more, from homemade desserts to savory ones. It was only spoiled by the unaccompanied time but, fortunately, the hotel had many facilities to entertain us including the games room for the kids which was very useful. Thanks go to the staff, everyone was truly kind and caring. If I return to Vietse it will be my point of reference.

We spent 10 days in this hotel and we had a good time from all points of view: plentiful and good breakfast (same things every morning), clean and spacious rooms, dinner with an always different menu, with 3 choices for both first and second courses. for the second and first courses really good! Large swimming pool and always clean. Entertainment every day and every evening with Pasquale, Valeria and Rosalba who were very good and engaging, always respecting the wishes of the customers: thanks to them the time flew by! Shuttles to the beach and also in the evening to the center of Vieste with friendly and helpful drivers! 24 hour reception: kind and helpful, ready to respond to every request. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

For the cost of the room I am not satisfied with my stay. I paid €118 for one night.
Unfortunately the bathroom in the room had the only blocked sink so it was impossible for my wife and me to use it.
None of the staff could resolve this issue
I ask the hotel manager 2 questions:
Why didn't the person responsible for cleaning the room notice the blocked sink?
Why was the person in charge of maintenance not present to solve our problem? (which anyone could do)
