Забронировали номер , пришло подтверждение. Приехали с мыслями , что наконец то сейчас отдохнем с дороги … Встретила приветливая администратор, имени , к сожалению не знаю . Дали ключ, заселились.. сразу в глаза бросилась постель , которая явно была не убрана после жильцов + ванные принадлежности+ мусор. Спустилась , узнать , убран ли вообще номер? Тут самое интересное))) спускается уборщица с криками , что она одна и не успевает , на моих глазах спорит с администратором, хотелось просто взять и уехать , честно! Но мы так устали , что уже не было сил . В итоге : мы доплатили 1500 , ждали минут 40/60, чтобы заехать в другой номер. Просто уже было все равно , лишь бы отдохнуть! Итог: до жути не приятная уборщица, приветливый и хороший администратор, лишние потраченные 1500 (5500 вместо 4000)и время , которое потратили на ожидание уборки, притом при раннем бронировании!!!
