The hotel was beautiful. We arrived very late (and booked late) so there was an issue with finding the booking, but this was resolved promptly. The bathroom was a little smoky (non smoking room). We informed staff in the morning, they were very apologetic and said they would check the room for future guests. It was a trip for our anniversary and the hotel provided sparkling wine- a lovely touch! I would highly recommend. Central location, nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

This is a great base to explore Warsaw with tram/bus stop that can lead you anywhere. They let us check in before time. The staff speaks perfect English and are very helpful. The room is new and nicely decorated with strong shower. Bed and pillow is comfortable. I requested more blankets and pillows and they delivered right away. Breatfast is plentiful and delicious. It's quite loud in the room at night due to its location but more on weekends with I guess many people going out, on weekdays it's more quiet. I'm a light sleeper but I had a good sleep nevertheless maybe because I'm tired. Overall we had a great stay and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was such a joy to stay at the apartments. The furnishings are lovely, the apartment was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Most importantly the view from the apartment is phenomenal and despite it's position on the square, the whole apartment was completely shielded from any noise! The Hotel is so close to everything and for a good price. The rooms are lovely and very clean. There is a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a coat stand which is great especially as the weather is changing. I'd definitely recommend a visit here and to thr old town of Warsaw with all the history and little shops and restaurants nearby.

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.
