Broken refrigerator. Broken remote control. Sofa bed was not something that should still be in the room. It was Broken and we had 2 of the WORST NIGHTS OF SLEEP EVER IN MY LIFE.

The staff is very accommodating. It is a comfortable place to be and convenient to the airport. Definitely not a five star hotel but for the price and service earns the four star rating for sure!

This hotel was very friendly and accommodating they scheduled my shuttle to the airport very quickly and gave me a snack bag for my flight, the room was clean and roomy, the only downside was that the toilet kept cycling and maintenance should look into that , wasting water. I use this hotel many times and always have a good result, I will use this hotel again if I fly out of Providence, this was trip # 3 for me and I use this hotel 👍👍

they had an overwhelming amount of people from one big reserved setup, who essentially took over hotel via loud and inconsiderate behaviors after 1am. disaster. i had two kids with me.

In general, it was a decent stay, but noticed a few days after check out they charged me a fee of 250 for smoking in the room. We did NOT smoke in the room and i cant help if our clothes left a smell in the room. We made it a point to follow the rules and smoked out in the cold, and we still got charged. I like Best Western but now am leary on booking again.

Well, at least they have good coffee places isn’t too bad if you’re just sleeping to fly out, Hotel is pretty aged in Old and beat
