This is a great hotel with a huge 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room and 2 baths. My kids love it and I will be coming back here and there. I hope I got her name right but Ayesha was great and welcoming, great smile and also remembered my last name from previous stay. A+

First of all, the front desk clerk's service attitude was poor. I arranged the room next to the elevator. I said that I could change one. She said that she could not change it after she sold it out. When I arrived at the room, I found that the blinds were bad. I called the front desk and sent people to see the instructions. The next night we came back from the outside and found that the curtains were not repaired. I went to the front desk and asked why it was that. The young waitress wearing glasses had a very bad attitude. I was not allowed to change the room. She said that she could only switch to the same location on the fourth floor, which means that it was still noisy next to the elevator. Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.

The hotel experience was great, super comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel room was very cleaned and the bathroom was very cleaned as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure we were happy with the room. I have stayed at hotels 2-3 times more expensive per night, and this Extended stay blows them away , we slept very well.

Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

This was a solo stay on April 20, 2023. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and as such I enjoy trying different properties across the portfolio when I visit different cities. In Providence, I had not yet stayed at this Homewood Suites, so I decided to give it a try. It was a stopover on the way by train to Boston, so I found it extremely convenient, a few blocks away from the station. I was surprised that this hotel did not offer a Digital Key, because it would have allowed me to bypass the odd arrangement of the entrance on the street level and the front desk on the second level. So I had to stop at the desk to claim my plastic old school card key. The desk staff was professional and described the hotel and features, as well as mentioning breakfast down on the street level. My Diamond status was recognized. My room was the one I had chosen during the online advance check-in the day before arrival. As it was a suite, it was certainly spacious. But.... the HVAC was hard to control, if at all. The outdoor temperature went down to the low 40's, and so I would have liked to have my room warmer than it was. Turning the thermostat higher just displayed the higher temperature but did not make the temperature higher. Unfortunately this was realized when I was ready to go to bed, so I wasn't going to contact anyone to rectify it that late. I found the bathroom to also be spacious, with enough room to put my toiletries on the counter. Because of the room temperature I opted not to take a shower that morning, so I cannot vouch for whether there was any issue with hot water. Breakfast.... I did not expect much. It was buffet style but limited selection. I did have scrambled eggs. I was bothered in the morning before my planned departure from the room and well before check-out time by Housekeeping knocking on my door. I thought that they only come in between guests. I had to yell that I would be out within half an hour. All in all, a great location but the lesson learned is to check the temperature control earlier in your stay if possible.

My two grandkids, my wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I had two suite upgrade certificates left in my Bonvoy account and decided this would be a great time to use them. The chances of getting upgraded is usually about 50-50. I called the hotel a couple of days ahead of our arrival and explained that a suite would be extremely appreciated with our 9 and 11 year-old grandkids. I asked if I could put in a separate request for a suite based on my Lifetime Titanium status. She said no problem and would attach a note to our reservation. The day before our arrival, I got a notification that we had been upgraded with the certificates to a 720 sq. ft. king suite with an incredible view of the capitol. We arrived early and our suite was still occupied, so William took all our information and said he would notify my when the room was ready. We took the kids to the Museum of Natural History and the Planetarium. Upon exiting the planetarium I saw a notification that our room was ready. We checked in and the room was beyond our expectations! The sixth floor suite had an amazing view of the Capitol. We settled in and my grandson could not get internet access for his Nintendo switch. We went to the front desk and Nicola tried to help but couldn’t get it to work. So she gave us a number for IT support. We walked down to Providence Place and had dinner at the food court. When we returned he called the IT guy and he was connected in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Nicola!! We had access to the Club Lounge and picked up some sodas and waters. The next morning we had breakfast in the Club Lounge. The food included fried eggs, sausage, fruit and pastry items, coffee, and juices. The following morning the choice was scrambled eggs and bacon. Robert, the gentleman in charge kept everything stocked and the room clean. The following day we took the kids to Newport to tour the mansions. We got back around 6pm. The rooms were cleaned and looked pristine. The bathroom was huge. It was handicapped accessible. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The room a/c worked great. We departed after breakfast. Hanna quickly checked us out. The room bill was perfect. The valet guys were great. The kids were already talking about when we could return. We can’t wait to return to this historical (former) Masonic hall.

YYUK TSZVery new hotel, close to the airport, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the lights in the toilets and corridors are voice-activated. There are many hotels in the surrounding area, so it is inevitable that the new hotel is not popular, and the breakfast is slightly simple.
GGuest UserThis was a very good place to stay near T. F. Green Airport, Providence, RI. There was a free breakfast with all sorts of cold and hot choices. Free airport shuttle. I'm handicapped and walk with a cane, so I needed assistance with luggage. Usually this hotel doesn't have that as they are more like a motel when it comes to that kind of service but they were so helpful and accommodating. Make sure to request handicapped-accessible rooms/baths when making reservations. The beds are so, so comfortable with pillowtops. Orlando, the Maintenance guy, was wonderful. He brought all my luggage to my room. The next morning, I was leaving for the airport and he was the driver of the van. I guess he wears many hats! He was so amazing-brought my luggage to the van, from the van to the curb-side check in, waited to make sure they has a wheelchair for me to get through the airport. Awesome service!! The only concern I had at the hotel was the TV remote was filthy. I had to wipe it with alcohol swabs before I used it(and washed my hands 3 times in between). When I let the front desk know, they were appropriately concerned and said they would address it with their housekeeping staff. Good response to a complaint.
For an airport hotel, I would say that it meets expectation. We checked in with no problem and the lobby and eating area were generally clean and updated. I would say the rooms are okay if you are spending a night there, but I wouldn't jump to stay there for a visit to this area. The walls are a bit thin and there was a door between us and our next door neighbor, so it was easy to hear them at night. The room seemed to be a bit dated but it was tolerable (again for a night, not bad). The morning meal was your standard continental breakfast, but that being said it wasn't bad and hit the spot.
I had a very quick overnight stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Warwick, RI. The hotel is very easy to get to as its right off the highway. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Gas Station nearby if those services are needed. We had a very quick check-in. I was acknoldged as a Marriott Bonvoy member a few times. Room was ready when I arrived and within a few minutes, I was in my room. The rooms are pretty large. We had a room with two queen beds. It also had a small sofa (not a sofa bed), table, Keurig Maker, and Refrigerator. My room was very clean when we arrived. The shower drain was very slow but there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. I was surprised the pool was closed as I was told it did reopen since COVID. But maybe it was just closed this weekend. I was not planning on using the pool so it wasnt a concern. I did have breakfast at the hotel in the morning. I did feel bad for the person working the breakfast. The person working breakfast took the orders and also cooked the food. Many of the breakfast items I was told was not available. Note to the hotel - hire additional staff for breakfast. The restaurant was not open for dinner altough a dinner menu was visable. In closing, the hotel is a good choice for us as it's very close to the City as well as the area we had to visit. If we have business in the area again, we would return.
WwisehartVery clean and hands down the friendliest staff ever. The night audit woman is the soal reason I will be staying long term. She goes above and beyond to help guests and you rarely see that now a days.
All the employees are great here. Jason is amazing and goes above and beyond to help or explain anything. Very friendly employee. Rooms are clean. Hallways are clean. The breakfast in the morning is great. Wonderful to have laundry here. Will recommend to other people.
GGuest UserThere was dirt and old food on the floor, the wall paper was peeling off the walls and mold was growing underneath and round window frames. The heat/AC vent was full of dust and other debris, ants everywhere. We were staying here for a one night away from home so the kids could use the pool, I took the kids to the pool while my husband went to see if we could get a cleaner room, the pool was disgusting, the water looked dirty, there were clumps of hair just stuck to the edge of the pool, there was what looked like poop in the bottom of the pool. We ended up checking out and going up the road to providence to find a new place to stay. Ruined our little escape as the kids didn’t get to a pool until almost dinner time.
