挺不錯的，到之前老闆娘就聯繫了我，很熱情，還讓老闆免費開車來車站接我。房間和照片一致，雖説裝修一般，但挺乾淨整潔的。要什麼老闆非常速度就送來了。
房間有獨衞，挺安靜，有朝外的窗户，光線很好，外面就是走廊陽台可以晾曬衣服，有一次性洗漱用品，拖鞋等。梳子和吹風機找老闆要下就可以。
位置很方便，去哪都近，樓下就是租電動車的地。

房間乾淨整潔，關鍵是地理位置真的好啊！步行就能去威海站，韓樂坊，海邊，老闆娘大姐特別熱情，幫我們推薦遊玩路線，還幫我們租了個電動車。這裏距離網紅打卡地都很近！贊贊贊！

下車時間太晚為了離韓樂坊很近，臨時過渡一晚，設施環境就是80年代招待所的感覺，老闆人不錯。

5星好評真乾淨，離高鐵站幾百米可以走着過去挺好，樓下旁邊就是夜市可以吃夜宵。去海邊2公里真方便。還便宜下次還住。

房間還可以，非常小。真的非常非常不建議住。樓下還有很多賓館，還有很多其他更好的選擇，真的不建議來這裏住。
①公共衞生間衹有兩個，不分男女。燈還是聲控的，是非常老式的蹲坑，還需要盛水來沖。
②有電梯，但是在非常狹窄的筒子樓裏面。非常非常不好找。
③空調需要加20塊錢才可以使用
④牀板非常非常硬，被子是那種非常薄的小毯子。
