For those that know, Chenjiagou is recognised by the government and UNESCO as the birthplace of Tai Chi. I came to stay here in the village of Chenjiagou for the specific reason of doing research on the museum and other historical places too around and in the village. Thus, staying in this hotel was extremely convenient. The staff I met were friendly and the room was clean. For food, I had to walk about 10 mins to the main commercial street and there were plenty of small eateries. When I come here gain to continue my research, I shall stay here again.
