Hotel is super modern and felt very welcome and safe here. As a foreign solo traveller it is not always easy to travel China, but with Wechat the staff was very warm and helpfull to me!! Breakfast is delish, especially the fresh noodle soups and the gym also serves what it needs to do. They offered me a complimentary tea on the 2nd day and gave a super sweet gift when i left. Would definitely recommend !!!

The hotel is located directly opposite the bus station. Given the price, I didn't expect much, especially since traveling with a child means prioritizing a safe and clean hotel. However, after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance and book a room. Upon arrival, I was still a bit hesitant, so I asked to see the room before fully committing to the stay. To my surprise, the room was almost indistinguishable from those at much more expensive chain hotels! Despite my initial skepticism, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and patiently assisted me. After check-in, they even provided a complimentary toiletry kit, including disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers. For this price and such excellent service, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! I was so impressed that I immediately booked another stay for July right after checking out. I'm genuinely very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near some delicious local 'Lao Ba Tea' spots, and parking is a breeze.

MM306658****I booked this hotel for a trip with friends. The transportation is super convenient. It's really close to Wenchang Station. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is newly renovated. There is no formaldehyde smell at all. The environment is super awesome and the service is great. I praise the front desk staff. The beautiful sister was very enthusiastic and told us about fun and delicious places nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is really great. I always liked Lavande when I was on business trips (the main hotel is a place where you can listen to music), so I decided to stay here when I saw Wenchang. I am so impressed that I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan. Because it is very convenient and affordable, it is very cost-effective. I have to say that the hotel's breakfast is also very nice, with many varieties and the chef's skills are good👏. Worth recommending👍👍👍

Environment: The area nearby may be newly developed and is relatively quiet. On quiet nights, you can only hear the sounds of sea and animals.
Facilities: There is a gym, restaurant and laundry room. The breakfast in the restaurant is good. Even if the number of guests is small, they can arrange enough things to satisfy them. The laundry room is especially good. The washing machine and dryer are very powerful, fast and good, especially good. The parking lot is large and convenient.
Service: Both the front desk and the cleaning lady are very good, polite and capable of solving problems. I especially want to praise my housekeeper Xiao Ou. During the check-in process, I felt that the first room was not good, so I called the front desk. The front desk clerk came to deal with the matter in five minutes. The housekeeper Xiao Ou had gone off work, and I don’t know how she found out about it. The housekeeper contacted me immediately before the manager left, saying that she had arranged for me to solve the problem. After staying for two days, I really felt that the housekeeper Xiao Ou was very powerful and great. He knew the guests’ needs without the guests asking and took care of them immediately. This really made my stay very comfortable.
The hotel is relatively new overall, and the service facilities are very good, but the surrounding area is a little lacking. However, it is very friendly to our self-driving tour. Next time I have the opportunity to visit Wenchang, I will choose to stay here again.

First of all, I thought that the sea view rooms in Wenchang were very different from those in Sanya, but this hotel really exceeded my expectations by a lot, and the scenery is super good! The swimming pool, lawn, and beach in the public areas of the hotel are all very photogenic. The hotel also gave away travel photography, which was very photogenic. Secondly, I would like to praise the housekeeper Vicky Xiaoyun, who provided portable service throughout the whole process. She provided intimate tips for nearby attractions before checking in, and replied to any questions in seconds! Super nice! The housekeeper was also great, and she was clean and careful. What was even more surprising was that the car was parked at the hotel and found that it had been cleaned by the staff the next day. The service surpassed Atlantis. Finally, I saw a rocket launch on the hotel balcony! The five-star stay experience became ten stars! The hotel balcony has the best viewing position for rocket launches! It is really a hotel full of details, and I will come again next time!

The bus stop is also close by, making it easy to get around. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

JJ. RandallThe location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

The staff are very attentive wherever I go to the hotel. Especially the housekeeping lady is really diligent. She never forgets to greet the guests even when she is busy. She is really hardworking and has been busy all the time. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. The hotel staff really loves the hotel like home. The general manager is really professional in management. The trained employees are very attentive and make people feel friendly! Worth recommending!

GGuest User😄住了個套房 感覺還不錯 房間很乾凈 離海邊不遠走路10分鐘 在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘 樓下有個超市買東西方便 這一片地區吃飯都不太方便 需要去三公裡外的鎮上 旁邊有公交站 去鎮上也算方便 打車12塊錢 或者去海邊的夜市 不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動 騎了一週給了100塊

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.
Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰
The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊

From the premises you go directly onto the beach!
Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea...
If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️
