First of all, it is difficult to find a parking lot. I had to go around the neighborhood three times to find it. I found it. Secondly, I needed a quiet room because I had an exam the next day. It turned out that the room type faced the main road. What’s even worse was that the KTV was right next to it and I could hear other people singing. I found it too noisy and couldn’t stand reading. So I tried a few times. After failing to close the window for the first time, I called the hotel three times and went to the front desk twice. For nearly an hour, no one came to handle closing the window. Finally, I got angry at the front desk and took care of it. Breakfast the next day was even weirder. The breakfast was average, there were many people, the restaurant was small, and there were people eating breakfast standing, so there was no place to sit. The room rate I booked for more than 400 yuan included Chinese food. The lunch time is from 11 to 12 o'clock. You can't eat after that time. I didn't eat the lunch and checked out after breakfast. After checking out, the front desk did not remind me to scan the QR code, and the parking fee was 30 yuan. After returning to the hotel to scan the QR code, the car was driven out. After experience, the service in such a large hotel is so bad, it is the worst I have ever felt. of.
