The location is good, downstairs is the lively square, easy to eat, drink and play! The room is also very quiet and suitable for sleeping. The only fly in the ointment is that there is a script* studio next to my room. The students play late at night, which is a bit noisy!

房間打掃衞生的有點晚，我們當時快三點到，然後阿姨還在裏面打掃衞生，然後走的時候十二點不到大概十一點四十阿姨就敲門來打掃衞生了，這點有點不滿意，然後跟房東當時可能搞錯了房間，一開始説可以先把行李放在客廳裏，後來又讓我們拿走，這個安排的不是很到位，希望下次可以安排好一點。
其他都還挺滿意的，房間很乾凈很舒適，交通也很便利，性價比還挺高的，就是有一個窗户關不上，晚上能聽到樓下的聲音，有點吵。
但是總體來説還是挺推薦的

提前退房還不給退，什麼**條約，希望後面想要住的人，慎重考慮，服務態度極差，平台上留的電話永遠打不通，地址定位也是錯的，完全就是一個黑店，差評，差評，差評差差評

衹有兩個字“湊活”，衞生情況一般。空間比較大，有簡單的廚衞。有點接受不了的是給房東打電話，每次還沒講完就掛掉，有別於酒店客服，大家根據條件預訂

入住辦理這些都蠻好的，店家都加微信提早發定位過來，就是房間是套房裡的其中一個房間改的，共用一個大門，還有下水道味道太大了，外面音響吵到九點多很影響學習，房間還有蚊子，不過樓下吃飯這些很方便，很熱鬧。
