離温州大學城很遠，小程序上的地址是和現實中的地址不是一個地方，而且住的那個小區是正在裝修的小區，白天特別吵，早上八點多就開始裝修，裏面的廁所好小，住的環境不好，床品還可以，挺舒服的，就是這個地方不好

1.設施很陳舊，空調基本發黃了。2.衞生間地面算乾淨。3.隔音特別差，相當於沒有，聽了一晚上隔壁説話。4.沒有一次性拖鞋。
