1、設施房間床都很大，也比較舒適。衞生用品配置比較到位；
2、民宿周邊沒好一點早餐店，唯一一家早餐店口味不好，後來還是通過外賣點來的早餐好吃；
3、民宿老闆娘很熱情幫忙拿行李，早餐還提供煎蛋、牛奶、咖啡，因為我想吃温州特色早餐故自行點購。
4、另外洞穴房的上下鋪，有1.5米，很大。但一層的插座不好用，上層可能很少有人睡，床品沒有經常換。
5、離高校7-10分鐘車程比較方便，導航給我的路線，正好在修市政工程，路上灰很大，人又少，女司機有點怕。

早餐比較簡單，就是給了一個饅頭，然後一杯牛奶，還有一個水果，建議下一次可以給點紅薯和玉米，還有少許蔬菜的話，就會感覺豐富很多。其他都還挺好的，另外就是那個空調最好不要對着床。整體環境非常的漂亮。

民宿設計的很漂亮，真的沒有照騙，到了還是很喜歡的，周圍也不嘈雜可以好好休息，床也舒服。
周圍環境很好，可以不行逛逛，出行打車很方便
管家美女服務很周到，點贊！
唯一的缺點就是這麼貴的店早餐太一般了……扣服務分。

温州市區過來的，小紅書刷到的，她家是西餐廳➕民宿，整體裝修設計很森林系，花園各種花都有拍照特別出片，我們訂的洞穴親子房一家人入住，小孩子是有2上下鋪，加一個1.8床，帶浴缸，特別舒服，中央空調電視機，高配智能馬桶，服務態度好，早餐可頌加拿鐵很酥好吃！
