A perfect accommodation experience, a great value choice. This hotel left a deep impression on me. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bedding was very comfortable, giving me a great rest. The hotel facilities were also very complete, including a gym, which allowed me to fully relax in my free time. The front desk was enthusiastic in answering questions. There are several milk tea shops downstairs, and it is very close to attractions such as Wutian Old Street. This is an ideal place to stay, and the location is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel, absolutely great value for money.

The environmental sanitation is very good, the bed is comfortable, and the location is very close to the high-speed rail station. There are many delicious breakfasts and a free shuttle to the station. I will come back to this hotel next time I travel for business. From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou. The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for. The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine! Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis). They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators. Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection! Excellent hotel. Perfect location for the airport. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I didn't use it, but there's also a metro station nearby which connects to the major train stations in the city.

A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!
