Air conditioning and mini fridge in room were both quite noisy. I unplugged the fridge to reduce the noise.

After checking in, went to our room which wasn’t ready. Decided to go take a look at the hottub (one of the reasons I booked this place). On our way to the separate building with the pool and hottub, got to see where the local homeless people hangout at in the parking lot. The hottub and pool were disgusting!! Not at all like what the pics showed. I immediately went to the front desk and told them I’m checking out and not staying there.

This stay was an absolute nigh**are! It says it’s great for families and the entire place is full of filth! People who appear to be living in the facility that are unsavory type people, you could smell incense burning throughout the entire place, stained carpet everywhere, trash & cigarette butts all over the property, could hear pipes and water running all night long, and the room above us loud stomping, and disruptive noise all night. Didn’t sleep a wink. It’s was absolutely terrifying experience especially because we were traveling with our one year old granddaughter. It was so bad that I’m calling ******* for a refund. Do not stay here!

The was ok. Beds was comfortable. But let tell you. You can hear everyone in your room and everyone slams doors and yells. And lots of homeless people asking us for money and asking us if we want to buy stuff for our dogs.

Things were good until last few nights. The room next to me was fighting and slamming their door every 5 mins finally around 230 am i called the front desk to complain. They said they take care of it. It continued to carry on and i tried calling front desk again arou d 4 am but nobody answered. I had to get up for a 730 appt. When i talked to the front desk on my way out they assured me they would be leaving that day.

There breakfast was not that good at all. No milk for ceral and it was boiled eggs & sausage links only nasty. Other people that stayed there were smoking **** in the build so it smelled bad .

Pool and hot tub were ice cold there was mold in the first room they put me in you couldn’t take your breakfast to your room it was the same every day there were people coming in and out of the hotel that weren’t even staying there and there were people coming in off the street eating breakfast and then leaving

The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful as well as professional.
The bedding and room condition seem very worn down and much needed renovation. The bed mattress was very cupped and not flat it was in much need of replacement. When I asked about exchanging the room I was given the option but it was not a convenient location where I could have my vehicle close by. Therefore I declined the Exchange and stayed where in the original room.
The hot tub was nice, but with excessive chlorine. To the point where it was uncomfortable to use, it burned my eyes and nasal passage.The pool facility was run down and appeared to be molded on the ceiling.
There was a lot of noise in the hallways with barking dogs at odd hours of the night.
The breakfast area was stocked with a variety of foods but with limited seating.
