The breakfast is delicious, there are coffee, quiche, some cake desserts, waffles to do it yourself, yogurt, fruit chowder, sausage or something. There is a very large supermarket next to it, parking just stops at the door, because there are open spaces and low houses. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport. The room is quite big, there is no facilities inside, no wardrobe. In short, it is the feeling of the Samsung hotel. The rooms have free wifi which is quite good. Slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs are not provided.

The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

We had a very comfortable stay at Staybridge the middle of June 2021. Our family of 8 took two 2 bedroom suites. The main sitting room was big enough to be together for board games and watching tv. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms dark and there was very little sound from other rooms or the hallway. The morning breakfast was ample even with the Covid restrictions. The evening ”Social” was nice too with homemade cookies, beer and wine, cheeses, etc. The pool was nice but the water was ”cold...” We did a lot of sightseeing and Niagara Falls and Buffalo and felt centrally located. There were free laundry facilities for an added bonus! I highly recommend this hotel! (Note, our daughter's suite on the 6th floor was very smoky smelling - that room needs a complete refurbishment to get rid of the odor.)

The room is OK, the breakfast is very simple, there is no problem with eating, the front desk has always had coffee and tea and hot water. There is nothing around, but there is a Chinese restaurant not far from the car that is delicious.

We booked a room at this hotel for one night stay with friends. It was the evening of a football game in the area, and there was also a large group or team visiting at the same time, so the hotel was very busy with lots of kids running up and down the halls and a large group having a party in the lobby all night. Upon arriving into our room, we noticed that the door was open which was concerning. When we closed the door behind us we found that it did not latch closed and could be pushed open. We called down to the hotel reception and were given instructions on how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this did not help. We called down once again and they sent a staff member up to try to help, and the staff member was frustrated by this issue. We were running low on time so we decided to take our valuables with us while they fixed the door since we were not comfortable sleeping in a room with a door that does not lock closed. We also asked to switch rooms and were told that there were no comparable rooms however they were finally able to place us in an upgraded room but it was not the right size for the amount of beds that we needed. The staff did what they could to help, however they were not friendly about it and seemed annoyed that we were asking for a door that locked. We even asked to be placed in a sister location but were told there were none. Overall, it was too many issues for such a short stay and I would not choose to stay at that location again.

Very good, this is the one with the highest density of bedding in nearly 10 holidayinn. Clean and comfortable! Other aspects are unified standards.

The hotel is located in the center of Buffalo, very close to the Civic Center. The hotel is decorated in a classic style. I booked a suite, not including breakfast. The western restaurant on the first floor of the hotel can be ordered by myself. The room is very large, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very much like it! The hotel service is good, the front desk is very welcoming and can store luggage.

We stayed at The Sleep Inn Buffalo Amherst on September 14/15th (one night) 2022 in Room 514. First impression of the place pretty clean and inviting though a little dark and slightly outdated. The receptionist, Melanie, was outstanding, super friendly and followed through with all our requests. She made our stay exceptional! As far as the room - adequate. There are a few MINOR maintenance and housekeeping issues that should be addressed to make the room better: 1. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser had used up roll of paper on it with only one use remaining! It had the customary “v” fold so I know housekeeping saw it but let it fly. See photo below. 2. Speaking of “fly” there was a fly buzzing around in the room when we first entered. Very annoying. Had to swat it. 3. The bathroom light (not the shower) works but intermittently. It takes a few tries to get it to come on. Probably the switch needs replaced. 4. The bathroom door does not lock from inside. Needs slight adjustment. 5. The shower head pipe coming from the wall has a cover plate that will not stay in place and slides out from the wall and falls on the shower head. 6. At the bottom of the shower door, inside and outside, there is an ugly buildup of mold/mildew. Needs cleaned better. 7. The room has a slight mildew odor and smells like feet. Maybe it needs a good shampooing. Overall, a pleasant stay. The breakfast, on Sept 15, was much better than we expected. Plenty of everything to make for a great breakfast. The dining area employee (did not catch her name, from Cambodia) was super nice and friendly and talked to us at length and asked us how our stay was; which was overall great!
