Quality Inn Denver Westminster

The elevator was not working the entire time we were there. Had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs daily. The carpets in the hall and in the room were dirty but the beds and other parts of the room were clean.

Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed

Room was clean. Had everything needed. The area is safe, it is also close for food and gas. Staff was helpful. Elevator was broken but they gave us a discount for the room.

No working elevator, room smelled like cigarettes, half of the lightbulbs in the room were missing, and towels had stains.

We stayed 4 nights. Each day we stayed the “free breakfast” offerings became smaller and smaller as the were “out” of things. This was to the point that my husband and I refused to even bother. Elevator was out of service. Pool that is advertised is not available. It’s misleading to say that these amenities exist when one cannot make use of them. The room and overall facilities were very outdated. Let me be clear that I did not expect a 5 star room or facilities, my expectations were reasonable for the price but they fell short of even that. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of only one is that the room was very clean, good hot water, and shower water pressure.

Elevators were broken and we were on the third floor. Stayed 3 nights and had to walk the stairways as it was not fixed. Rooms were spacious, coffee pots smelled and bathroom is very small.

Breakfast was good, but limited choices. No juice or yogurt. Room was clean, but hallways dirty. Need to enforce “no parking” in front of south entrance stairs. Cars blocked access to entrance.

Went here since we had some hotel gift cards from our wedding to use and were trying to vacation on a budget… The guy at the front dest was very nice and helpful, he offered to help carry our luggage upstairs since the elevator was broken. Staff was helpful when we needed new towels etc. But, the entire hotel spelled really weird, room was smelly and kinda humid, we had to keep our window open all 3 days and that kind of helped. The floors and stairs seemed really dirty. The bed was super comfortable tho, we slept great. We didn’t try the breakfast because we don’t usually wake up early enough. But the location was great, there’s a thrift store, gas station, and lots of really good restaurants just down the road! It’s also right by the freeway entrance so Denver is just a short drive away.
