"Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed"

We are minutes from Standley Lake where you can go fishing, boating or jet skiing. The rental for equipment is just down the street. For golfing enthusiasts there are several golf courses close by and miniature golf 10 minutes away. A great bonus is the short walk to Arbor Lake or the new Westminster downtown for shopping and restaurants. You will have private access to the house and the fully fenced in backyard. You can access the home any time with our secure, keyless entry. There is a secondary lockbox (just in case there you any issues with keypad entry).

-No additional guests to sleep on the premises without prior permission.
-Any visitors must leave the property no later than midnight.
-Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or marijuana use indoors will be imposed for violations.
-There is an exterior ring camera (audio and video) at the front entrance of our home that must remain on 24/7 for safety purposes.
