Residence Inn Williamsburg

Very good location, big suite,quiet environment!

I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Williamsburg for the first time, and I loved my experience. The service was excellent, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the coffee tasted like barista‑quality. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was gorgeous, the staff was very kind and displayed excellent customer service. Staff like De'Zhire and these 2 helpful and kind ladies from Jamaica that assisted me in the morning with obtaining breakfast.

My family spent Christmas here. The staff and the atmosphere made it feel like home. We have stayed here before and could not say enough good things about it. I was able to cook a big dinner and we enjoyed being close to Busch Gardens where we went daily.

The kitchen was nice, but there were no skillets to use, only 2 pots, which made it difficult to make eggs for breakfast. Our room was located on the first floor near elevators and a maintenance room. We ended up hearing loud “water” noises at all times of the day and during the middle of the night. The noises during the night were loud enough to wake us up. We would stay here again as long as we didn’t get the same room.

Room was clean, except the bathtub had a few spots. Since we oy stayed for a night, we just dealt with it. Otherwise, hotel was really nice

We had to wait over an hour for our rooms to be ready AFTER the 4 pm check in time.

I loved everything about this place except for the bathtub. The paint is peeling in the tub.

The 2 bdrm suite was clean and spacious. All of the amenities of home with a full kitchen and living area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free bkfst is always a plus.
