Pet friendly amazing staff great breakfast perfect location yeah it’s not from 2024 but are you living in the hotel room probably not while you’re in Williamsburg ! Highly recommended.!!!!

the room was very outdated, bathroom was dingy, the heating/cooling unit did not work. I told the front desk and they sent someone to turn off the unit. for the free breakfast, there was no sugar for the coffee, when requested, we were told there was no more sugar. breakfast was alright. the hallways were dimly lit. to go to the pool, it actually felt scary.

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, which was nice. The staff was very accommodating. I use a mobility scooter and had requested an accessible room. When we arrived our room was not accessible. However, they very quickly moved us to one and it was fine. We had a great visit abd our room was clise to all the attractions.

This hotel is very outdated. In need of major renovations. Tv did not work. But, it was in a great location and staff was very friendly.

We had some confusion at checkin, and some of the front desk staff were not friendly. But the room was better than expected for the price, clean and quiet. The beds that say double really are double, not queen size. The breakfast was included and was okay. I would stay there again on a trip to Williamsburg.

The main lobby had us believing this is an updated, clean hotel. However, the rooms were very outdated, the bathroom was old, there were chips in the drywall, there was no hot water, the shower did not work like it should have. Additionally the shower wasn’t tall enough for my husband so he had to hold the shower head the whole time to get clean. I will say the bedroom linen was clean.

It was a great stay overall but there was spider webs on the wall! Scared of spiders so I ended up doing the housekeepers job and cleaned the wall.
