The photos online showed bright, modern, clean rooms. When we arrived, the rooms were much older. Didn’t have the same esthetic as the photos. The grey paint was chipping off the cabinets, the shower drain was rusty. There was an old empty set of doors that opened to the studs of hotel with torn drywall….really creepy… no purpose. The lights/lamps in the room didn’t work. I could only turn the bathroom light on and one other lamp. 3 or 4 didn’t work at all.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff and close to nice restaurants!! Plus a safe atmosphere and well lit!!

The hotel environment is okay. This should be my second stay! The breakfast options are not very good, but others are okay!
Ctrip is awesome. When our flight was delayed and we couldn't check in that night, Ctrip first issued a refund (one night's room fee).

Never again, dirty room, moldy towels etc. La quinta was an excellent choice but since they got administered by Hindus is the worst. Sorry but this is my honest opinion.

The pull out couch was stained, the nats,or flys, or fleas in the bathroom, was told no room service, vending machine for drinks broken. Didnt relized it was an extended stay as well...

I was disappointed with this LaQuinta. It felt run down and not maintained very well. Overall it's in need of a refresh. I was on the 6th floor (the top floor) People were fighting, running through the halls, and slamming doors until 2:40 A.M. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was on a high metal frame (I practically needed a step ladder to get into bed) Every time I moved or turned, the metal was scraping and the whole bed moved. When I got into the room my tv wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk. They gave me instructions which didn't work. I called again, and the front desk person came up to fix it. Although she was prompt after the 2nd call, I was tired and aggravated and wasn't in the mood to waste 30-40 mins of my time fooling around with a t.v. I'm not a breakfast eater, but if I was I would have been very disappointed. It was limited and stale looking. Breakfast is served until 9 a.m. I went down at 8:10 to get coffee - all of the canisters were empty, so I had to wait. As I say, for a LaQuinta, this was sub-par.

They say ther are pet friendly but the lady was very rude to me about my animal and the TV never worked after telling the front desk several times
